  They just replaced our car port damaged from Irma. They did an excellent job. Very curtious , and friendly workers. When finished they cleaned up very nice.i would recommend Landis to everyone looking for a quality job. They are very professional.

  My wife placed an special order for 364 dollars. There was a misunderstanding about the time of arrival, It came late for our needs. Then had to acquire the same Item next day in another place. Until today Landis Aluminum refuse to reimburse any money, they have the Item (never pick it up). Decline any reimbursement. They alleged did not get the response of returning the item the same day. So not even with restocking fees they want to return any money. Very unethical, unprofessional small business that behave that this way with customers. I know it is very rear a supplier that will not accept the item back (new, unopened, not even move from store)
  Case is in Dispute with credit card, Federal Better business Bureau, and last will be in court. Will post the final result. The reason of this post is to avoid other people going to similar rip off. it is not nice at all.
  Any one can have an inconvenience like me (misunderstanding about when the item will be available, unfortunately for me it did arrive late, I needed sooner)
