  what a terrible waste of money. in a nut shell had 3 cortisone injections and a plastic boot put on in the first visit for a heel spur. the cost of the boot was 400 dollars billed to my insurance company. 3 appointmenst at 150 dollars apiece . each injection was 150 dollars. ultrasound guidance for needle 200 dollars each visit. 90 dollars to wrap foot in a gauze each visit. so basically for three shots of cortisone , a plastic boot and some gauze bandage it cost roughly $1,800 dollars... that's crazy and my foot still hurt afterwards... save your money
