  When I opened a new line, the guy that set it up created my pin and zip without me knowing so a month later when I tried to pay my bill I couldn't because he set it up without me knowing. Didn't write on receipt or box because I still had them. I was told Id have to go in person. Never was compensated for my time which I shouldn't had to have ask considering their employee basically committed fraud.
